Admission in Diploma in Pharmacy (D. Pharm)
Minimum Qualification: Passed Higher Secondary (10+2) or its equivalent examination with Physics, Chemistry, Biology or Mathematics under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination of a recognized board or council.
Age: Candidate shall complete the age of 17 years on or before 1st January of the year for admission.
Total Number of Seats: 60 Seats
Duration of Course: 2 years
Documents required for Admission:
1. 10th Standard Admit Card, Mark Sheet, Certificate.
2. 12th Standard Admit Card, Mark Sheet, Certificate.
3. Aadhaar Card.
4. Domicile Certificate for students from other states.
5. Migration Certificate/Transfer Certificate
6. Passport Size Photographs (4 copies).
7. West Bengal Pharmacy Entrance Examination (For Students through Counselling):
(i) Admit Card, (ii) Rank Card, (iii) Examination Allotment Letter.
